Explore and Discover
Three times a week the Prep to Year 2 students self select activities during our Oral Language Inquiry Program: 'Explore and Discover'. These activities build on the student's oral language development and focus on cooperative play, science, dramatic play, art sensory experiences, music, team building and ICT.

At St Albans Primary School there are a variety of professionals

Prep Enrolments 2012
St Albans Primary

Prep 2012. If you
have a child who
turns 5 years old
before the 1st May
2012 please come
into the office for an
enrolment form, or download it from below.
The School Starter Bonus for 2012 is for parents of 2012 Prep
students enrolled before the end of 2011. Parents must hold a current
Centrelink Concession card to be eligible to collect their payment for
$300. Please enquire at the office if you think you may be eligible.

Parents and the School
At St Albans Primary School we actively promote parent engagement in education through a range of activities including our Kinda Kinder, Parent Programs and workshops. These programs run throughout the school year. Parent information sessions are run at the beginning of each school year to explain the learning experiences that the children will participate in and how you can support them at home. Multicultural education aides speak a range of languages including Arabic, Dinka, Armahric, Tigrina. We have other staff who can speak Macedonian and Serbian and Vietnamese.
