Enrolment Information

St Albans Primary School is currently taking enrolment applications for Prep. If you have a child who turns 5 years old before or on the 30th April please come into the office or contact us on 03 9366 2832 for an application form, or download it below and email it to st.albans.ps@education.vic.gov.au.

An enrolment form will be provided when placement is offered.

Our school follows the Department of Education’s Enrolment Policy for the enrolment, placement, and transfer of students.

Students who live within the school zone are guaranteed a place at our school. To find out whether you live in zone, visit findmyschool.vic.gov.au

All other applications will be considered subject to available space, and prioritised according to:

students with a sibling at the same permanent address who are attending the school at the same time.
all other students in order of closeness of their home to the school.

School Tours are run every Friday morning at 9:30 am. No appointment or application necessary.

Our School Zone

Our school zone is available on findmyschool.vic.gov.au. Findmyschool.vic.gov.au hosts the most up-to-date information about Victorian school zones for 2020 onwards.

Students residing in this zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined on the basis of your permanent residential address.

The Department provides guidance through the School Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and the freedom to choose other schools, subject to facility limitations.
